  53. Xero actually lets you export your invoice template to Word, lay it out how you want, then upload it back to Xero #qbochat

  58. A2: My clients are all monthly or one time, and all for a set price, so they get invoiced before I start or once a month #qbochat

  65. I use the  http://bill.com  function to invoice sometimes so I get the customer Portal.. VERY nice Feature #qbochat . No customization

  80. A3: Prepayment is awesome, if your industry supports it and customers will take it. You need some assurance they can pay! #qbochat
  81. i also love the Client Collaborator tools in @QBOnline – can ask your clients ??s &get answers right on the transactions themselves #qbochat
