What’s the one problem you are best at solving for your clients?

The best problem I solve is using the automation in QBO. It is such a huge time saver and a win, win for both the client and myself.

What are you most passionate about professionally?

I am most passionate about helping small businesses succeed financially.

What topics interest you that you connect with others about?

I’m a huge dog lover so anything dog related.

What topic would you like to see in a future #QBOchat?

I would like to see more automation features in QBOchat besides recurring invoicing and bank feeds. I love the automation features but feel I can get more out of them.

Anything else you’d like us to know?

QBO has been such a game changer for me. I convert all of my clients to QBO for numerous reasons. It’s such a seamless program and anyone who tries it won’t be disappointed. When I first started using it I despised it but the more and more I used the better I liked it. So to anyone who has not used it or is on the fence I say give it a try. The best decision I’ve ever made for my clients and my practice.
