What is your App’s name, what do you do, & when did you get published on Intuit’s Apps.com?
Share a Refund saves companies time and money by automatically securing refunds from Fedex and UPS. Think of us like autocorrect for shipping invoices. Packages delivered late, unshipped or overbilled are eligible for refunds, and Share a Refund does 100% of the work to find and secure the refunds back to customers, with no upfront or ongoing fees, just a split of the savings. Hence the name: Share a Refund. Published on Intuit Apps in Q1 of 2016.
What was the main problem you were trying to solve when you first developed your App?
Businesses are leaving money on the table, by NOT auditing shipping invoices. In fact, the majority of ALL shipping invoices go unaudited. The reason why is simple: Auditing shipping invoices takes time, is overly complicated, and invariably the last thing on the to-do list. Share a Refund ensures businesses don’t overpay FedEx and UPS by securing 100% of the refunds available within their shipping accounts. Real savings of 4.5% on total shipping spend are delivered back to customers each week automatically.
