Amazon to Accounting eliminates grueling hours of poring through Amazon Settlement Reports.
What is your App’s name, what do you do, & when did you get published on Intuit’s Apps.com?
Our app is Amazon to Accounting by DataQlick. Our company provides e-commerce to accounting solutions so that businesses can streamline their processes to ultimately save time and increase productivity. Amazon to Accounting brings in Amazon settlement reports from the users Amazon Seller account, displays it in a comprehensive, easy-to-read dashboard, then lets the user record it into QuickBooks Online with one click. We have just been published on Intuit Apps this year!
What was the main problem you were trying to solve when you first developed Amazon to Accounting?
Amazon Settlement Reports had to be downloaded, converted to Excel, then hours spent going through them trying to determine what the fees were and how to properly record them in the users accounting system. We eliminate all that by syncing with their Amazon account, and crunching the numbers so they can see revenues, returns, and each fee breakdown before recording in their QBO company.
What companies (or users) are the best fit for Amazon to Accounting?
Our software is perfect for all Amazon Resellers who use QuickBooks Online and want to quickly review and record sales and fees with one entry. QuickBooks ProAdvisors and Accountants also love our app since it saves them data entry time and eliminates manual errors.
