What is Circulus, Accounts Payable?

About Circulus, Accounts PayableWhat is Circulus, Accounts Payable_

Circulus is simple, transparent, and affordable accounts payable for small business and enterprise.

What is your App’s name, what do you do, & when did you get published on Intuit’s Apps.com?

Circulus, Accounts Payable launched on apps.com in 2015. Our parent company XTGlobal has been around since 1998.

What was the main problem you were trying to solve when you first developed Circulus?

We were trying to develop a powerful AP system for the SMB audience at an affordable price. With extensive experience in the Enterprise AP Automation space, we wanted to take technologies firmly within our wheelhouse and take them down-market.

What companies (or users) are the best fit for Circulus?

We find that companies that process at least 30 payments per month receive the most value from the Circulus platform. The higher the invoice volume, the value increases accordingly. This makes businesses in the hospitality, property management, retail and distribution industries a particularly good fit for the Circulus platform.

Tell us about your users’ top 3 favorite features or benefits of Circulus.

We find that many users cite our affordability, ease-of-use, and support as particularly impressive elements of the Circulus platform.

Tell us about your company’s culture and leadership.

At Circulus, a subsidiary of XTGlobal, I would sum up the culture with the words collaborative and inclusive. There is a significant amount of workplace collaboration, not just within departments, but ACROSS departments. Leadership takes a very active role, so it’s not uncommon to have meetings that can include everyone from Customer Support reps up to the CEO himself.

How is Circulus different from your competitors?

We feel that we’ve built a very solid UI with a focus on simplicity. WE’ve also made our platform flexible to account for a variety of business types and processes. In fact, we really consider ourselves as more of a service than a product. We place an enormous amount of effort into onboarding clients, offering multiple methods of support, as well as offering back-end customer assistance when needed.

What is the pricing for Circulus?

Does Circulus have any programs for Quickbooks ProAdvisors?

Accountant program pricing (see above). We’ve partnered with Intuit to offer a discounted subscription fee for QBOA accounts.
