Content Central, Document Management Software. We finished the review process and were approved earlier this month.
What was the main problem you were trying to solve when you first developed Content Central?
Our solution was designed to improve the business processes for accounting departments as it pertains to Quickbooks – though our solution is a complete document management software able to go much further than the needs of accounting.
What companies (or users) are the best fit for Content Central?
Although we have customers of all sizes, our customer base is largely made up of small-to-medium businesses. We have found these businesses using our software in many different departments across a large segment of business types.
Tell us about your users’ top 3 favorite features or benefits of Content Central.
Our integration and compliance features are some of the most powerful on the market for accounting solutions… as well as packets (or digital stapling) which groups related documents and reports when expected documents are not present.
Tell us about your company’s culture and leadership.
We’re based in Florida, and have a very relaxed culture with a pretty young crowd. We spend a great deal of time focused on developing intuitive software solutions… which often means lots of brainstorming sessions for innovative ideas!
How is Content Central different from your competitors?
Our software is designed with an enterprise-level feature set but at an SMB price point. We have a simple pricing structure – no confusing modules or bait-and-switches. Our user interface is simple and clean and modern, which helps users more easily adapt our software as compared to our competitors.
