erplain is an inventory and order management app for QuickBooks Online and was built specifically for small businesses. Our online application was designed to work smoothly across laptops, smartphones and tablets enabling you to create sales orders or access your stock levels from anywhere.

After several months of hard work and feedback from users, bookkeepers and accountants, erplain was released in Intuit’s Apps.com in March 2017.

What was the main problem you were trying to solve when you first developed your App?

We help small businesses say goodbye to the time-consuming processes and spreadsheets that make inventory management painful and riddled with mistakes.

We decided to build an integration with QuickBooks Online to add robust inventory management features that are essential to businesses carrying inventory or selling products. erplain’s integration with QuickBooks Online enables small businesses to move to the cloud and gain flexibility, security, and collaboration.

erplain for QuickBooks Online is made for small businesses (typically less than 10 employees) who needs more advanced inventory features to run their wholesale or distribution business effectively.

Our QuickBooks Online users’ favorite features are:

  1. Managing multiple locations: you can get as many locations as you want with erplain and easily transfer inventory between each location.
  2. Creating sales orders reserve inventory: get a report of your on-hand, available, reserved and incoming inventory.
  3. Managing multiple price levels and price rules: set your wholesale price and recommended retail price, and create price rules based on dates, customers, tags, attributes and more.

  • Premium – $99/month: For QBO users looking for advanced orders & inventory features: multiple warehouses, user permissions, price levels and more.

All our plans come with free support. Additional users can be added to any subscription plan for a small fee.
