Flowless is a game-changing software for small businesses that look for a workflow automation and would like to organize their business processes in a more efficient way. We answer that need providing a platform where our users can build their own applications around QuickBooks events. Flowless has become a part of Apps.com in August 2018 after having won Intuit’s Smallbizhack in February 2018 in London, UK.
What was the main problem you were trying to solve when you first developed Flowless?
When we first thought about creating a new integration with QuickBooks, we realized that business owners spend a lot of time and energy on striving to have everything under control, including details that do not really require human input. Therefore, we decided to automate these processes with easy and understandable configurations. A groundbreaking idea here is that there is truly no limit to what can be automated. We have created a platform on which our users can create any flows around updated events on QuickBooks, from informing Vendors once stock is low to sending out promo-codes to valued customers to automating what happens next once an invoice has been created/voided/updated.
What companies (or users) are the best fit for Flowless?
Flowless suits a wide range of organizations across many sectors. Our customers can be bookkeepers or small business owners – the app will ease up their workload by saving hundreds of hours of time previously spent on routine processes. We hope to soon add many integrations, such as Slack, Messenger, WhatsApp and many more.
Tell us about your users’ top 3 favorite features or benefits of Flowless.
Our app was recently added to Intuit AppStore in its beta-version. So far, we have received great feedback regarding its functionality for small business owners who run an inventory based business. One of the possible flows is that when a certain product has a low quantity on hand, a Vendor will be notified via a text, email or a call.
Another useful way to work with Flowless is to have it help you take control over your accounts. It can notify you when a certain invoice has been paid for, or when the account balance is greater or lower than a certain amount.
A third favorite so far is its ability to send customizable reminders to your clients if the invoice has not been paid on time or has been partially covered.

By focusing on business automatization with a special regard to small business owners we dedicate a great deal of time to analyzing what our customers and team members see as a timely addition to the functionality of all products we work on. This helps us to stay very close to the reality of our customers and allows us to offer state-of-the-art solutions that represent a meaningful contribution to our users’ business operation.
Our team leads have a close collaboration with product management team, allowing for a seamless stream of ideas and feedback. Every member of CloudBusiness team regularly contributes to the progress of the company at our weekly meet-ups. We believe in work and life balance, and while creating products that save hours of time for our customers, we have a great tradition of company retreats, focused on family and community building activities.
How is your App different from your competitors?
Flowless is great because it is unique. It is an app that lets you be a programmer for your own business, no code-writing skills required. We are working hard on expanding its functionality and look forward to hearing from our first beta-users.
What is the pricing for Flowless?
Currently one can create 10 flows with 100 executions maximum free of charge, the pricing will be determined after the beta-phase is over.
Does your App have any programs for Quickbooks ProAdvisors?
We are thinking of introducing a special program for QuickBooks ProAdvisors and would love to hear from ProAdvisors themselves on what they think would be an ideal plan for them.
