What is your App’s name, what do you do, & when did you get published on Intuit’s Apps.com?
We are a software development company. Our app’s name is HandiFox Online and we got published at the beginning of August on Intuit’s Apps.com. Our app helps SMEs set their inventory on the right path and free up time and human resources by automating warehouse and sales operations.
What was the main problem you were trying to solve when you first developed HandiFox Online?
The main problem we were trying to solve when we first developed our app was to make HandiFox available for users of QuickBooks Online. HandiFox Desktop has caught on with QB Desktop users, so it was time to work on the integration with QBO.
What companies (or users) are the best fit for HandiFox Online?
Small and medium-sized companies from a variety of industries which use QBO and need an inventory management system to streamline their businesses.
Tell us about your users’ top 3 favorite features or benefits of HandiFox Online.
That would be inventory counting which is very easy due to the barcode scanning capability, the other two are inventory transfers and the ability to print from the device
Tell us about your company’s culture and leadership.
HandiFox has a close-knit international team. Collaboration within the company is what we are really proud of – we all try to be updated on every single thing that is going on within HandiFox and outside of it, the whole team is involved in the decision-making process.
How is HandiFox Online different from your competitors?
In terms of ease of use, HandiFox really outclasses many competitors in the area. HandiFox is integrated right into QuickBooks menu, so there is no separate application to learn or install. HandiFox training is much less because we literally follow QuickBooks. It is lightweight, yet powerful. Price wise, HandiFox is the very solution for budget-sensitive customers.

Does HandiFox Online have any programs for Quickbooks ProAdvisors?
HandiFox has Referral and Reseller partner programs for QuickBooks ProAdvisors. You can check out the program terms and conditions on our site. The programs have proved beneficial for both parties so far. It’s also worth a mention that we are holding our first Global Partner Conference in October in Melbourne (FL).
