What is your App’s name, what do you do, & when did you get published on Intuit’s Apps.com?
Jetpack Workflow is a cloud-based, software application that helps accounting & bookkeeping firms track recurring client work, so nothing falls through the cracks. We were published on Apps.com in early 2017.
What was the main problem you were trying to solve when you first developed Jetpack Workflow?
After emailing and talking with thousands of accounting firm owners, we noticed that most firms have a “checklist management” problem, where due dates were falling through the cracks, and it was hard to get visibility on who was working on what. We notice that project management tools ignored clients, and CRM tools were built for salespeople (and ignored ongoing, recurring client work).
Jetpack Workflow is based in Pittsburgh, PA.
What are companies (or users) the best fit for Jetpack Workflow?
Accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and tax firms between 1-50 employees (although we do serve larger firms as well)
Tell us about your users’ top 3 favorite features or benefits of Jetpack Workflow.
