What is MailChimp by MiraSync, what do you do, & when did you get published on Intuit’s Apps.com?
MailChimp by MiraSync for QuickBooks Online provides simple sync solutions for QuickBooks Online users. Our app was published earlier this year in January 2019.
What was the main problem you were trying to solve when you first developed MailChimp by MiraSync?
We learned that email marketing was an important growth strategy for many of our customers. However, a number of customers reported difficulty in repeatedly copying over their QuickBooks Online customers over to MailChimp. We decided to create an automated solution for copying customer contacts over to their MailChimp account. Customers are then able to send email marketing campaigns at any time knowing their email list is fresh and up-to-date.

Tell us about your users’ top 3 favorite features or benefits of MailChimp by MiraSync.
- We’ve received feedback about how simple the setup is. We begin copying over contacts after a minute or less of setup. Our app runs constantly in the background so customers no longer have to manually export and then import their contact list.
- The free trial is helpful for customers looking to better understand how the app works. Upgrading to unlimited transactions is also a simple process.
- We include as much information as possible when copying contacts over to Mailchimp. This allows customers to segment their email lists more precisely.
Once Mailchimp and QuickBooks Online have been linked, we begin a full historical sync so all contacts are copied over.

We are a small software development company driven by Christian values. We are responsive to customer requests and open to developing other integrations or features as needed for special situations. We offer a free 5 day trial limited to 50 transactions. Unlimited transactions are USD 7.99/month.
Does your App have any programs for Quickbooks ProAdvisors?
Not at the moment. Most of our customers are company owners. We are open to developing programs for ProAdvisors as needed.
