What was the main problem you were trying to solve when you first developed Spotlight Reporting?
As the director of a ‘boutique’ professional practice in New Zealand, Richard Francis (CEO of Spotlight Reporting, CPA and Trusted Advisor) saw a need to improve analysis and forecasting for his clients. This led to the development of Spotlight Reporting tools that help accountants transition from compliance to doing transformational value-added work and becoming trusted advisors to their clients.
