What is StatX?

About StatXWhat is StatX_

StatX creates mobile dashboards with alerts for QuickBooks Online and Excel.

What is your App’s name, what do you do, & when did you get published on Intuit’s Apps.com?

StatX for QuickBooks Online is a native mobile iOS and Android app that provides access to key financial data at a glance presented in simple dashboards. It also alerts you when anything important changes through push notifications.

What was the main problem you were trying to solve when you first developed StatX?

We wanted to make it simple to access business-critical information — like cashflow and sales — anytime, anywhere using your phone.

What companies (or users) are the best fit for StatX?

In-house finance teams and accounting service providers want the executive team to have access to their financial data, but they don’t want them to have to log into the system. StatX gives them only the information they need, when and where they need it.

Tell us about your users’ top 3 favorite features or benefits of StatX.

  1. Better visibility to key financial data, metrics, and trends for business leaders via mobile with better privacy and sharing controls – provide business leaders the information they need and keep them out of the financial system.
  2. Manage by exception – Configure user access to only select metrics and set automatic push notifications based on goals and threshold level settings.
  3. Execute simple workflows on the phone – manage A/P checklists, audit approvals, collections progress, A/R reporting – with 2-tap phone interactions.

Tell us about your company’s culture and leadership.

StatX was founded by Stanford and Google alumni with a track record of serially entrepreneurship and invention. As a result, the culture is infused with a sense of innovation and excitement that comes from the process of commercializing technology breakthroughs.

How is StatX different from your competitors?

The fundamental difference between StatX and alternative mobile dashboard solutions is that StatX is more than a “mobile first” company, we are a “mobile only” company. This means our approach is not to shrink a web application experience to fit a mobile interface, but to design the user experience from the ground up for mobile. This results in the simplest, most intuitive mobile app experience possible.

What is the pricing for StatX?

You can get starting using StatX for free. You pay a $10 per month/per user fee when you connect to QuickBooks Online.

Does StatX have any programs for QuickBooks ProAdvisors?

Yes. ProAdvisors get a 1-year free “Pro” level subscription to connect to QBO.
