We are Vonigo, business management software for mobile service companies (like movers and cleaners). We were published on Apps.com in January of this year.
What was the main problem you were trying to solve when you first developed Vonigo?
We wanted to create a single software solution for mobile service businesses that would do it all and help them go paperless, with booking, scheduling, billing, payments, and measurement.
What companies (or users) are the best fit for Vonigo?
Our solution is for any mobile service company with people in the field delivering services. It’s configurable to the unique needs of each business and is best for businesses with many vehicles in a large geographical area.

Online booking is the most popular, as it gives them a boost in revenue. After that, it’s the convenience of a customized, shared schedule, and digital invoicing and payments that they appreciate most.
Tell us about your company’s culture and leadership.
Our leadership first started working at service companies. They understood the needs of mobile service businesses, in the field and the office. That’s a value that we maintain with our whole team, here in Vancouver and in remote offices across N. America.
How is Vonigo different from your competitors?
Configuration is a differentiator. There are mobile apps for small teams, and bloated, legacy products designed for large field service companies. Our niche is offering a configurable product to mobile service companies that want to get more efficient.

Our pricing starts at $98/user/mo for office users, $29/user/mo for mobile, and we provide implementation services with a dedicated onboarding manager.
