How To Print Checks in QuickBooks Online
It is super easy to print checks in QuickBooks Online. First, you’ll want to click the + sign in QuickBooks Online. With the new design layout introduced in early 2017, that can now be found on the top right of your screen.
Under Vendors, you’ll see the link to “Print Checks”.
The next screen will give you the options to set up your printing. From here, you can print a sample and customize the layout to make sure your checks are printed properly.
Once you have properly set up QBO to print checks, then you can move on to the next screen to print them. Just select what bank account you are using to write the checks, then select which ones you want to print, and provide a starting number for your checks.
To print the checks, just click preview and print. If you run into any formatting issues, you can come back to the above screen and click “Print setup” on the bottom-center of the screen.

I want the reference to print the invoice nos on my portion of the voucher check
This was very helpful. I also would like to change the order in which checks print. Is it possible for the checks to print lowest number first?
