How To Print Checks in QuickBooks Online

It is super easy to print checks in QuickBooks Online. First, you’ll want to click the + sign in QuickBooks Online. With the new design layout introduced in early 2017, that can now be found on the top right of your screen.

Under Vendors, you’ll see the link to “Print Checks”.

The next screen will give you the options to set up your printing. From here, you can print a sample and customize the layout to make sure your checks are printed properly.

This was very helpful. I also would like to change the order in which checks print. Is it possible for the checks to print lowest number first?
